Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering or using any service offered through lb9.asia. By creating an account or placing any bet or wager, you confirm your acceptance of these terms in full.
In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:
2.1 You must be at least 21 years of age to register for and use lb9. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
2.2 lb9 reserves the right to request proof of age at any point. Where satisfactory proof is not provided within the timeframe requested, lb9 may suspend or permanently close the Account.
2.3 You are solely responsible for determining whether use of lb9 is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access the Platform. lb9 does not represent that use of the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions.
2.4 The following persons are ineligible to hold an lb9 Account:
3.1 Each Member may hold only one Account. The creation of duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent Account closure.
3.2 All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. lb9 relies on Member-provided information for KYC, tax reporting where applicable, and responsible gaming obligations.
3.3 Upon registration, Members are assigned an account username. Account credentials are personal and non-transferable. Members must not share login credentials with any third party.
3.4 KYC Verification: lb9 requires completion of KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Members must submit a valid government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian MyKad or passport) and, where requested, proof of residential address. lb9 may apply enhanced due diligence measures where transaction activity warrants.
3.5 lb9 reserves the right to refuse registration or close any Account where the information provided is found to be false, incomplete, or where lb9 reasonably suspects the Account is being used for fraudulent, money laundering, or other unlawful purposes.
4.1 lb9 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the payment methods listed on the Platform, which include but are not limited to Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and USDT TRC20.
4.2 Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are as displayed on the cashier page at the time of transaction. lb9 reserves the right to modify deposit limits without prior notice.
4.3 Withdrawal requests will be processed subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. lb9 targets processing of withdrawal requests within the timeframe stated on the cashier page, subject to payment provider processing times outside lb9's control.
4.4 lb9 may impose a withdrawal limit per transaction or per calendar period. Limits applicable to a Member's Account will be visible in the cashier section post-login.
4.5 Where lb9 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms, lb9 may hold a withdrawal pending investigation for a period not exceeding 30 days, or such longer period as is required for regulatory compliance purposes.
4.6 Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used to fund the Account or to accounts verified as belonging to the registered Member. lb9 does not process third-party withdrawals.
5.1 lb9 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, reload offers, and other promotions to Members. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published at the time the promotion is made available.
5.2 Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion-specific terms.
5.3 lb9 reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings where lb9 determines, in its reasonable judgment, that bonus offers have been abused, that a Member has opened multiple accounts to benefit from welcome bonuses, or that coordinated bonus abuse has occurred.
5.4 Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of wagering unless explicitly converted to withdrawable cash upon satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements.
6.1 All bets placed on lb9 are final once confirmed. lb9 will not accept requests to amend or cancel confirmed wagers except in circumstances where a technical error or manifest error in odds or game parameters is identified.
6.2 In the event of a technical failure during a live casino round or sports event, lb9's outcome determination procedure, as applied in accordance with the rules of the relevant game provider or sports data feed, shall be final and binding.
6.3 lb9 reserves the right to void bets where: (a) the odds or game parameters were manifestly incorrect due to a technical or human error; (b) the outcome was determined after lb9 became aware of the result through means other than the official data source; or (c) evidence suggests that the integrity of the event or game round has been compromised.
6.4 Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day. Current limits are displayed in the relevant game lobby or sportsbook section of lb9.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on lb9:
lb9 reserves the right to immediately suspend and permanently close Accounts found to be engaged in prohibited conduct and to forfeit any balances held therein where permitted by applicable law.
8.1 lb9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides Members with tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion — all accessible from account settings following lb9 login.
8.2 Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately upon submission. During a self-exclusion period, the Member's Account will be suspended and no promotional communications will be sent. Members wishing to re-activate an Account after a self-exclusion period must contact lb9 support and comply with the reinstatement procedure.
8.3 lb9 is strictly a 21+ platform. If a Member believes they may have a gambling problem, they are encouraged to seek assistance from responsible gaming organisations and to use lb9's self-exclusion tools without delay.

9.1 All content on lb9.asia, including but not limited to the lb9 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, and software, is the intellectual property of lb9 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use lb9 for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. No Member may reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any lb9 content without prior written authorisation from lb9.
10.1 lb9 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. lb9 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, lb9's aggregate liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 lb9 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from use of or inability to use the Platform.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit lb9's liability for death or personal injury caused by lb9's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
11.1 lb9 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, lb9 will endeavour to notify Members via the email address registered to their Account or by a prominent notice on the lb9 platform prior to the amendments taking effect.
11.2 Continued use of the lb9 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Members who do not accept amended Terms should cease using lb9 and may request Account closure by contacting support.
12.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws applicable to lb9's licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably through lb9's customer support process shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism specified under lb9's operating licence.
12.2 Members may submit formal complaints to lb9 via the support contact below. lb9 will acknowledge complaints within 3 business days and aims to resolve substantive disputes within 14 business days of receipt of all relevant information.

KEY MEMBER COMMITMENTS UNDER THESE TERMS
lb9 accounts are strictly for adults aged 21 and above. Age verification is enforced at registration and prior to first withdrawal approval.
Each Member is permitted one lb9 account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances forfeited in accordance with Section 3.1 of these Terms.
All Members are required to play in good faith. Use of bots, collusion, or exploitation of software errors is prohibited and will result in account termination.
Members are responsible for the security of their login credentials. Notify lb9 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
Deposit limits, loss limits, and self-exclusion are available to all lb9 Members from account settings. These tools take effect immediately upon activation.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of lb9 after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
